Melly’s Cookiebar.

Melly’s is a family business established in 1999, with Artisan cooking as a passion. 2 generations of experience in homemade baking founded by Guillermo Mellicovsky.

As a young Argentinian boy Guillermo fell in love with cookies. Like many children do, but this was different. It became a dream to one day open a Cookiebar.

Many years later, when he settled in Amsterdam, Guillermo opened Melly’s Cookiebar with coffee, and realized his dream. It was also one of Amsterdams first espresso bars.

Melly’s Cookiebar coffee comes from the Italian roasted Arcaffé bean, with a CSC quality mark, and Certified Specialty Coffee.

Besides traditional cookies we are also famous for our Argentinian Alfajores, Dulce de leche and Yerba mate!

In 2015 his nephew Daniel Mellicovsky came into the business and was taught the Melly’s family recipes to continue the legacy of Melly’s in Amsterdam.

In 2019 Melly’s expanded the cookie dream next door, incorporating Daniel’s Dutch side by making traditional Dutch Stroopwafels with a twist.
